On the 4th episode, Anthony and Al discuss whether the movie "The Rock" from 1996 is worth rewatching or not!
What do you remember about "The Rock"? Did you see it in the theaters back then? This action flick came out in the same year as other blockbusters like "Independence Day", "Twister", and the first "Mission: Impossible" movie, but how did "The Rock" fare among these other giants? It stars Nicholas Cage, Sean Connery, and Ed Harris (not your typical action line-up) and was directed by Michael Bay.
So how does this movie hold up? What did the critics say back then? With all the new movies and TV shows nowadays, should you put all that aside and watch this adrenaline-pumping action movie again?
All these questions answered and more on this episode of "Worth A Rewatch?"

Best line of the film was when Goodspeed asked the dude if he'd ever heard the song, "Rocketman."
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer
This is yet another film in the collection of 90s action movies filled with cliched lines, lazy plots, and overproduced action. The storyline is absolutely unbelievable, running up against common sense time and time again. Every explosion and every time Nick Cage flies through the air is so over the top an eye roll is even unworthy. This is another Michael Bay film that does not hold up and is utterly ridiculous.

IMDB Reviewer
It's a highly entertaining action movie with a strong cast, a well-paced plot, and memorable action sequences. While it might not be groundbreaking or intellectually stimulating, it delivers on its promise of thrills and escapism.
